Description

Cannabigerol (CBG) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the Cannabis plant. Cannabigerol is the non-acidic form of cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), the parent molecule (“parent cannabinoid”) from which many other cannabinoids are made. By the time most Cannabis strains reach maturity, most of the cannabigerol has been converted to other cannabinoids, mainly tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) or cannabidiol (CBD), typically leaving less than 1% cannabigerol in the plant.
